These terms and conditions apply to purchasing an online course sold by Angel Crown Inc. registered in FI/EU.

 

Online Purchase

The purchase is an online course, with the content accessed online. Internet browser is required to access the online course via login.

The course duration is 30 days starting from the purchase, during which the customer has access to the online content. Access may continue indefinitely after 30 days, but it's not guaranteed.

All content is under copyright and may not be shared or distributed by the customer.

The online course is hosted on a commercial third party web and mobile platform. The usage of the platform, including the customer data features, web cookies and the payment integrations, is at the customer’s own peril.

Course notifications are sent to the customer by email. There may be content updates after the start of the online course.

 

Purchase Payment

The purchase payment is non-refundable after the included 30-day money back guarantee.

 

Course Participation

For playback of the content media and optional playing of other music, customer keeps the sound levels moderate.

For the optional vocal improvisation, customer keeps the sound level and vocal effort moderate, comparable to a spoken vocal.

Customer keeps participation in the comment section assertive for the context of musical education. Admin may edit, remove and archive participant comments.

Course admin may reply to comments in the online course platform, but it's not guaranteed.

Anyone participating in the course must be an adult or with parental supervision, and without any conditions that would prevent taking a singing lesson.

Participation is scheduled for the lessons by the customer, without taking the course or improvising while driving.

Consultation

The online course may include consultation or group coaching for the customer's team, priced separately.

 

Client Reference

For purchases made with a Tax ID, the name and logo of the customer organisation may be posted as a client reference.
